Design and Construction Services

Q-Maint delivers all facets of design and construction through our specialist design and engineering consultants, creating designs and completing refurbishments from commercial offices to retail shop fit outs. Application of a risk matrix based on consequence and likelihood as set out in standards such as AS4360 are also followed.

 

Asset Condition Assessments and Management

Our Structural Engineers carry out inspections of physical assets, such as concrete building structures, suspended floors, bridges, culverts, roads, HVAC equipment, etc which is utilised to decide upon preventative maintenance or remedial work to preserve an object's value and extend its useful life.
