Completed in late 2019, the Cairns Corporate Tower and Level 1 Lobby Refurbishment is now the benchmark for quality commercial works in Far North QLD including our subcontractors awarded the Master Builders 2020 Commercial Trade  Contractor of the Year.

Works included site establishment and safety planning, electrical disconnections and re-connections, 'birdcage' scaffolding, demolition works, tiling, ceiling works, landscaping, curtain glazing and pavement upgrades.

Works were carried out on time with no incidents or accidents despite the high volume of pedestrian traffic and the complexity of the works. Our client was so impressed that additional levels of the building were given to us to refurbish and make-good including installation of a new and improved HVAC system and facilities room.
